About FSC Pakistan
It is a non-profit platform committed to promoting transparency, professionalism, and ethical practices within the foreign education and immigration consultancy sector.
FSC Pakistan does not provide direct visa or immigration consultancy services. Instead, it focuses on training, development, and capacity building of visa consultants, ensuring they are equipped with accurate knowledge, ethical standards, and industry best practices.
Our mission is to establish and uphold a strict code of ethics for consultants, while raising awareness about international education and migration pathways. We aim to support the industry by creating a structured environment where consultants operate with integrity and professionalism, in alignment with local and international standards.
Through collaborations with reputable international institutions and industry stakeholders, FSC Pakistan promotes access to quality global education opportunities. Our members are trained professionals who provide lawful guidance to the public, while the association itself continues to strengthen credibility, accountability, and excellence across the sector.
History of FSC Pakistan
Pakistan is a vast and high-potential market with a growing number of individuals seeking opportunities in foreign education and immigration. Across the country, hundreds of consultants are actively working to guide students and migrants toward suitable international pathways.
However, with the rapid growth of this sector, concerns related to fraud, misinformation, and unethical practices have also emerged. Many individuals have unfortunately been misled by unprofessional and unauthorized agents who lack proper knowledge of immigration laws and operate solely for personal gain.
Recognizing these challenges, the need for a unified and responsible platform became essential — one that protects the interests of students and promotes ethical standards within the industry. In the absence of a comprehensive regulatory framework, this gap has further highlighted the importance of self-governance and professional accountability.
In response, FSC Pakistan took the initiative in 2014 to establish a structured network by registering foreign education and immigration consultants across Pakistan. Our goal is to build a credible, transparent, and professional community that safeguards individuals and uplifts the standards of the entire industry.
